Comments fixed

I finally fixed the problems I was having with my comment section. Now, they should hopefully be readable. I am sorry they were all jumble to begin with. It has been hard to reverse engineer this script. I am new to CSS and php, but I am at least getting things the way I want them. Feel free to leave comments and read them now.
